Owner/ Master Stylist/ Barber / PMU Artist
Our Salon Owner and Master Stylist/Barber. She has been making people look and feel their best behind the chair for over 25 years! She wanted to create a place where guests could come relax and recharge their look in a fun, easy going atmosphere. She also wanted to give her team of artists a platform to grow and expand their creativity and skills. She brought her dream to life in 2015, Hair Royalty opened their doors! With her passion for the industry she has experience with every hair texture and LOVES doing color. Erin is a blonding specialist, barber {men's fades/shaves} and is a permanent makeup artist. No matter what you choose, she's got you covered! When she's not behind the chair, she enjoys traveling to beautiful beaches with her husband , trying new restaurants, spending time with family and her fur babies.
Alana Castro
Lead Assistant/ Stylist
Meet our dedicated salon assistant, Alana. she is passionate about making every client's experience exceptional. With a friendly smile, Alana ensures that our salon runs smoothly, providing support to our talented stylists and helping clients feel welcome. Not only does she prepare the salon for clients and assist our talented stylists, but she also brings her creative expertise as a stylist to every appointment.
In her free time, Alana loves to work out and lay out in the sun, embracing a healthy and vibrant lifestyle. Also, during the fall and spring months, you can find Alana hitting the books, studying, and working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Middle school/Secondary Education. I love coming to work everyday to see everyone! I am usually very sleepy and will find someone to cuddle up with. I do also like to bring you my toys so you can throw them for me to chase. I purr like a cat and will rest my chin on anything I can find for my several naps. Even if you don't like dogs, you will love me! Mom says I am the best therapy and know how to make people feel better...oh and I love to give tons of kisses!

Sharlene is a high energy hair expert who has worked in the industry for 35+ years. Her expertise is in hair color and cutting. She can provide consultations to discuss and help determine cut, color, and styling options that meet your preferences. She works with men, women, and children of all ages. From classic to trendy styles, Sharlene can meet your hair needs. Come meet her and you will be entertained and pleased with the service that she delivers. A true professional in the industry. When not doing hair, she enjoys spending time with her family at home and various vacation spots. Come have some fun with her!
Layla Rice
Assistant
What caught our eye about Layla? She is very passionate about the beauty industry. Hard working and eager to join our team, Layla recently graduated from cosmetology school. She enjoys doing updo's, braids, hair coloring, men's and women's haircut's and so much more! She has even won a hair skills competition. The highlight of working here for her is bringing a smile to client's faces and making their day. She loves music, especially SZA. In her free time she enjoys snowboarding, pickleball, hanging with family, doggies and trying new restaurant's with friends. Trust me, you will love her!
